Prof. Mingfa Yao

Tianjing University, China

Mingfa Yao, Chair Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Tianjin University, National High-Level Talent, Fellow of SAE (International Society of Automotive Engineers), Fellow of International Combustion Institute, Fellow of Chinese Society for Internal Combustion Engines. His research interests include high-efficiency clean combustion theory for internal combustion engines, homogeneous charge compression ignition low-temperature combustion technology, alternative fuel combustion technology, and hydrogen and hydrogen-based fuel energy storage. He has published over 140 SCI-indexed academic papers, with more than 13,000 SCI citations, and has been granted 5 international invention patents and over 20 Chinese invention patents. He has received one Second-Class National Technological Invention Award and one Second-Class National Science and Technology Progress Award. He has led more than 60 projects, including key programs of the National Key R&D Plan and major research programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Prof. Zhijun Fang

Fudan University, China

Zhijun Fang, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He is the Director of Research Center for Industrial Intelligence at Fudan University, Vice Chairman of the National Alliance for Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Innovation in Higher Education, and Deputy Director of the Shanghai Representative Office of the China Computer Federation (CCF). He has been selected as a national-level talent, a National Young and Middleaged Expert with Outstanding Contributions, and a recipient of the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. His research fields include artificial intelligence, data analysis, and intelligent manufacturing. He has led major projects such as the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “Science and Technology Innovation 2030 - New Generation Artificial Intelligence” major project, the Joint Fund Key Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and the General Projects of the NSFC. He has published nearly 100 papers in academic journals such as IEEE TIP and IEEE TSMC. He has received five science and technology achievement awards at the provincial/ministerial level or above and three teaching achievement awards.

Prof. Philippe Fournier-Viger

Shenzhen University, China

Philippe Fournier-Viger (Ph.D.) is a Distinguished Professor at Shenzhen University, China. After completing his Ph.D., he joined China in 2015, where he became a full professor after receiving a national talent award. His research focuses on data mining algorithms for complex data, including sequential, graph, and high-dimensional data, with applications in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, bioinformatics, and intelligent systems. He has published more than 400 peer-reviewed research papers that have received over 19,000 citations (Google Scholar, H-index 66). He is the founder of the widely used SPMF open-source data mining library, which implements more than 300 pattern mining algorithms and has been cited in over 1,100 scientific publications. He is a former Associate Editor-in-Chief of Applied Intelligence, has delivered more than 60 keynote speeches at international conferences, and has co-edited four books published by Springer. He is ranked among the top 0.3% of researchers worldwide for scientific influence according to the Stanford University ranking, received the Most Influential Paper Award at PAKDD 2024, has won seven Best Paper Awards, and has been recognized as an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher.

Prof. Lin Mei

Donghai Laboratory, China

Lin Mei, Principal Investigator at Donghai Laboratory, Chair Professor of the "Huashan Scholar" Program and Doctoral Supervisor at Xidian University. He is a member of the Intelligent Gaming and Wargaming Technical Committee of the Chinese Institute of Command and Control, a member of Pattern Recognition and Machine Intelligence Technical Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, and a member of Computer Vision Technical Committee of the China Computer Federation. In 2015, he was rated as an Outstanding Technical Leader of Shanghai by Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission. His research areas include computer vision, artificial intelligence, public security informatization, and marine intelligent perception. He has led more than 10 projects, including those under National Science and Technology Support Program,863 Program, and Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology; the Core Electronic Devices, High-End General-Purpose Chips and Basic Software Products (Nuclear High-Base) Major Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; the Innovation Action Plan of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission; the Key Projects of the Ministry of Public Security; and the Zhejiang Provincial "Sharp Vanguard, Leading Goose + X" Special Projects.

Prof. Weide Liu

Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, China

Dr. Weide Liu is a Professor at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He previously conducted research at Nanyang Technological University, the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore, and Harvard Medical School in the United States. His research interests include computer vision, medical image analysis, trustworthy AI and causal inference, and multimodal and time-series modeling. He has published more than 60 papers in leading international conferences and journals, including CVPR, ICML, ICCV, ECCV, IJCV, IEEE TIP, IEEE TMI, and ACM Computing Surveys. He serves as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation (JVCIR) and as an Area Chair for BMVC, AAAI, ICIP, and ICME. He received the Best Paper Award at ICAIS & ISAS 2026.

Prof. Lu Leng

Nanchang Hangkong University, China

Prof. Lu Leng is a professor, doctoral supervisor at School of Software, Nanchang Hangkong University, and serves as the Director of the Institute of Computer Vision. He has published over 150 academic papers, including more than 90 indexed in SCI. He has led six national-level research projects and serves as a reviewer for over 100 international SCI journals. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection, biometric recognition, medical image processing, and information hiding. He has been selected for the World's Top 2% Scientists list four times, and received the Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal. He has been honored as an Outstanding Representative of "Innovation Pioneers" among enterprises in Jiangxi Province under the "Innovation China" Program, and honored to be included in "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talent Project" and "Jiangxi Yuanhang Project".
